Attendance module for mine entry and exit control
RFID WEB is a DIACSA solution for automated recording of personnel entry and exit in underground mining. The system uses active RFID cards, readers at the entrance and inside the tunnel, industrial communication cabinets and a web platform to view markings, people inside the mine, dashboard and reports. The architecture detects direction of movement according to the reading order of TOP and BOTTOM antennas, using timestamps, received power and processing parameters to classify entry or exit events.

RFID WEB combines active cards, industrial cabinets and 4G connectivity to transform each reading into a verifiable event inside the web platform.
Active card detected
The credential broadcasts its unique ID and battery status as it passes through the mine portal.
TOP/BOTTOM reading
The system compares which reader detected the card first and which detected it last.
Local processing
Timestamps, received power and reading windows are considered before classifying the event.
Web update
The event is sent to the cloud for inside-mine count, history and reports.

Three industrial cabinets cover the complete cycle: outside reading, inside reading and cellular transmission to the web platform.

Located 100 m inside the mine. Confirms transit direction together with TOP.
